This ECMS user manual only focuses on the Edit/Create Course Outline subsystem of ECMS. The word "ECMS" in this document refers to the Edit/Create Course Outline subsystem unless it is noted otherwise.

In order to access and use the Edit/Create Course Outline subsystem of ECMS all of the following items are required:

1. FHDA email account.
2. ECMS account (username and password).
3. Mozilla Firefox internet browser.
4. High speed Internet connection.

If you do not have any of the listed required items contact the following offices:
